What are your hours?
Two Men and a Tent is a home based business and we invite you to come visit us at our home. We are also more then happy to come and visit with you at your home or event site. Please call for an appointment daily between 9:00am and 5:00pm.
What are your delivery hours?
Our standard delivery hours are between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday thru Friday. We understand that some event sites may not fall within these parameters so we do operate 24hrs, 7 days a week. Deliveries that do not fall within our standard delivery hours will be subject to additional fees. Delivery will be made at least one day in advance of the event.
Do you charge for delivery?
Yes we do. The charge is based on the city being delivered to and is a round trip fee.
Do the driver's set up the equipment?
Our staff will be glad to set-up and take down all heavy equipment (tables, chairs, stages, etc.) at an additional charge. All linens are delivered in Rubbermaid containers. These items will be placed in one location as you indicate.
Am I responsible for washing the equipment?
No, you do not need to do so. All soiled linens are to be placed in the provided garment bag, as plastic bags can cause the linens to mildew. We do ask that the linens be shaken free of any crumbs or confetti.
What size tents are available?
Two Men and a Tent is able to offer tents from 20' x 20' up to 40' x 80'. Need a bigger tent? Please call us to discuss your tenting needs!
What are the payment terms?
Two Men and a tent require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation by VISA or Mastercard. The remaining balance is due upon delivery and can be paid by cash, cheque, money order or credit card.
What happens if something is damaged?
Any damaged or missing equipment will be charged at replacement cost to the renter. Any linens that have un-removable stains, burns, or obvious damage will be charged for at replacement cost. The renter may choose to purchase damage insurance at the time of reservation at 10% of the rental cost. This is non-refundable and does not cover missing items.
What is the rental period?
Unless otherwise stated, the rental quote is based on a 24hr period.
